Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased from Juno Accessories Ltd. Order cancellations must be made via email. However if your order has already been processed you will have to return the item(s) to us and follow the returns policy.

Refunds and Returns

All Goods

All returned items must have a Return Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by calling us on 01484 475800 or by emailing help@junoaccessories.co.uk within the cancellation period. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.

All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card at the price paid for the item, including sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty..

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please follow the procedure outlined above to request a RN (Return Number)to return the goods. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a refund or replacement if possible.
