Can I add to/amend/cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been confirmed you cannot amend or cancel your order. A new order will have to be placed and any unwanted items can be returned


UK Delivery Costs – FREE! There is currently no charge for delivery in the UK. Your bags will arrive straight to your door with our compliments.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day. We aim to dispatch any orders placed after this the following day, except Friday when we aim to dispatch on the following Monday or next working day if the Monday is a public holiday. These dates and times for delivery are not guaranteed and are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse. Within the UK, parcels are sent via Royal Mail, tracked service or DPD. 

If you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day provided Royal Mail and DPD is functioning normally and there are no adverse weather conditions, or other factors which are out of our control.

We recommend that you return your item(s) via registered post and retain proof of postage. Goods must be returned to us in original packaging within 14 days from receipt of delivery. We endeavour to process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 working days from the date of return.

Faulty Goods

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty please follow the above steps and we will reimburse you for the cost of the returns postage

Do you offer a repair service?

Unfortunately we are not able to repair any items, however we will try our best to replace a faulty item returned to us within the warranty period. Alternatively we will refund your PayPal account.

Unless stated, all Juno bags are made from high quality synthetic material. our designers choose each fabric very carefully to ensure that our bags are beautiful and great value
